This notice is for the repair of electronic modules. The contractor must provide a quote including the cost of new materials for evaluation purposes. The repair must be completed within 90 days of receipt of the modules. The quote must specify any exceptions to military standards for packaging, labeling,
inspection, etc. The award will be based on the solicitation requirements, and changes after award will be subject to consideration with costs deducted from the unit price. The contractor must obtain final
inspection and acceptance by the government for all assets within the repair turnaround time (RTAT) established in the resulting contract. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. The contract will be certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). The offeror must provide the name, street address, and cage code of the packaging facility if different from the offeror's address. If the offeror is not the original manufacturer, the OEM must be stated, and traceability documentation must be provided if requested. The material must be mercury-free. The contractor is responsible for all
inspection requirements, unless otherwise specified. The government reserves the right to perform any
inspections deemed necessary. Records of all
inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The repaired items must meet the operational and functional requirements as represented by the cage codes and reference numbers listed. All repair work shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. Ordering information for document references is included as an attachment. Offerors consideration for award will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item.
