This notice justifies a sole-source extension of contract **** with Creative Management Technology, Inc. (CMTI) for janitorial services at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC). The extension is needed to allow the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) to award an agency-wide contract for janitorial services.
