The contractor shall warrant the solar light system for workmanship and proper application for a minimum of one year from the manufacturer's warranty effective date. The manufacturer's warranty must be for no less than two years.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, considering price, technical capability, and prior experience.
