Responses to this IFB must be received by July 29, 2025, 10:30 AM Central Time. Questions or clarifications submission deadline is July 18, 2025. Addendum posted July 23, 2025. The anticipated contract start date is September 5, 2025. The contract will be effective on the date the contract is issued and will expire based on the schedule for delivery of services. The awarded contract will begin September 5, 2025, and expire September 4, 2026. HHSC may renew the contract for up to two, one-year renewal options. All responses will be evaluated according to criteria including bidder meeting or exceeding requirements. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted by email to the sole point of contact by the deadline. Historical spend for similar services is $48,**** for the period 12/06/2024 to 09/06/2025. HHSC reserves the right to change, amend, or modify this IFB prior to the response deadline. Changes will be processed through addenda. HHSC reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the electronic state business daily (ESBD) for any addenda affecting this IFB. The scope of work includes Corepoint and Rhapsody
software subscription for data analytics. Services will be provided remotely. Contractor shall perform contracted services Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time. The contractor is responsible for all employment taxes and other payroll withholding for its employees. The contractor shall be responsible for the security, maintenance, loss or damage to its equipment while on HHSC premises. HHSC will not be responsible for damage to or loss of the contractor's equipment. Comprehensive, statewide
Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) criminal and sex offender background checks may be required on all contractor personnel. The contractor shall carry insurance in the types and amounts indicated for the duration of the contract. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed in detail. Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing provided on Exhibit C. HHSC reserves the right to dispute any portion of an invoice and will attempt to resolve the dispute with the contractor in good faith. The contractor must continue to perform services in compliance with the terms of the contract pending resolution of a dispute. HHSC reserves the right to select qualified bidders with or without discussion of the response with bidders. Responses shall be evaluated in accordance with state law. Proposals and contracts are subject to the
Texas Public Information Act (PIA). Submission of any document to any HHSC agency in response to this IFB constitutes an irrevocable waiver and agreement by the submitting party to fully indemnify the state of
Texas and the HHSC agency from any claim of infringement regarding the intellectual property rights of the submitting party or any third party for any materials submitted to HHSC by the submitting party.
