The U. S. Consulate General Matamoros is seeking a contractor for comprehensive janitorial services. Proposals are due by February 9th, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time. A preproposal conference will be held on January 15th, 2026. Offerors must submit proposals electronically and include specific documents, including **** and IRS Form W14. The contract is for a one-year period with four one-year options. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and insurance. The contractor shall provide evidence of the insurance required under this contract within ten 10 calendar days after contract award. The contractor shall maintain an accurate record on all mishaps incident to work performed under this contract resulting in death, traumatic injury, occupational disease, or damage to or theft of property, materials, supplies, or equipment. The contractor shall report this data in the manner prescribed by the contracting officer. The government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
