The government may at its discretion terminate the contract if the contractor does not improve performance during the 14day period or if repeated performance improvement periods are required.
Failure of a regular employee to receive a favorable suitability determination shall be cause for removal of the employee from the work site and from other work in connection with the contract. The CO or COR may require the contractor to remove any employees from park buildings or other real property should it be determined that the individuals is either unsuitable for security reasons or otherwise unfit to work on park property.
