It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to visit and examine the jobsite, take measurements to hisher own satisfaction and determine conditions under which work is to be done, according to the bid notice.
Any person who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a contract shall protest to the director purchasing, according to the bid notice.
Payments shall not exceed the total amount awarded under the contract without prior written approval from the university, the office of state procurement osp, and the louisiana office of risk management if applicable, as stated in the bid notice.
