emergency generator replacement fccl three new emergency backup generators for use at the uc davis fish conservation and culture laboratory fccl in byron, california, to support delta smelt refuge and supplementation activities funded by reclamation. the existing generators housed at fccl are outdated and undersized for current facility needs. this contract will provide for the purchase, delivery, and turnkey installation of two lpfueled generators rated at a minimum of 100 kw each, and one dieselfueled generator rated at a minimum of 155 kw that complies with tier 4 final emission standards. all generators will be housed in weatherproof, soundattenuated enclosures, with the diesel unit featuring an integrated subbase fuel tank capable of providing a minimum of 24 hours of continuous runtime at full load. the contractor will be responsible for delivery, offloading, and secure placement of the generators, as well as all necessary electrical and fuel system connections and the removal of the existing generators
