The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is seeking bids for the procurement and outfitting of custom marching band trailers. Vendors must submit proposals electronically through ionwave by October 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. Questions must be submitted by October 20, 2025, at noon. The anticipated award date is October 27, 2025. Proposals must include company overview, estimated timeline, itemized pricing, and warranty information. The district will transport completed trailers from awarded vendor to the district.
The proposals must show the number of days required to deliver the articles to the specified location under normal conditions after receipt of an order ARO.
The district shall pay all undisputed invoices for accepted merchandise andor services within 30 days of delivery or acceptance, whichever is later.
The manufacturers standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified. The vendor has the ultimate responsibility of insuring the delivery of complete, full functioning products that meet the districts specifications in all details and are free of defects in materials and workmanship.
The evaluation factors include purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods and services, the extent to which the goods and services meet the districts needs, the vendors past relationship with the district, the impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws relating to historically underutilized businesses hubs, and the total longterm cost to the district to acquire the goods or services.
To be considered a responsive offer, vendors must register and respond in ionwave.
If at any time, the vendor fails to fulfill or abide by the terms and conditions or specifications of the contract, the district reserves the right to cancel the contract without written notification of intent.
Questions must be received by no later than Tuesday, October 20, by noon.
