Weather reporting observation services The contract is for the Western Region WRWRC, covering MT, ID, UT, NM, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA, AK, HI, and U. S. affiliated Pacific Islands. The contractor must be physically located in the region and serve all states, territories, and U. S. affiliated islands within it.
