Culvert Repairs Repair of a sinkhole over a failed reinforced concrete pipe segment on Old Sawmill Road at the intersection with Holcomb Blvd. This includes saw cutting and removing asphalt pavement, removing and disposing of concrete curbing and flume, excavating to expose the failed pipe, removing and disposing of damaged pipe and unsuitable soils, filling subsurface voids with compacted select fill, installing new 18- inch RCP class IV or V pipe with gasketed joints, bedding, and backfill, compacting backfill, retaining existing drainage structures and pipe not demolished, restoring pavement, curbing, and flume, and disposing of all materials off base.
