The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking proposals to improve the quality of services for individuals receiving customized living services. Proposals are due April 17, 2026. The state will award one-time grants ranging from $25,000 to $250,000. The total obligation of state for all compensation and reimbursements to grantee shall not exceed the amount in words dollars. Responders questions must be submitted by March 23, 2026. The contract term is anticipated to be for two years, from July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2028. The state will evaluate proposals based on best value.
