The work involves removing existing units, installing new geothermal HVAC units, modifying ductwork, and disposing of debris. Performance is required within 90 calendar days after contract award. Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, with experience in similar projects. Quotations must be submitted electronically by August 13, 2026, 17:00 Korea Standard Time. Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
The contractor shall complete all work no later than 90 calendar days after the start date in the notice to proceed.
Requests for payment may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day payment period is changed to 30 days.
The contractor shall provide a one-year warranty of the works and products.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, understand English, have an established business, and possess necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources. Registration in SAM is required for offers over $40,000.
Liquidated damages are reserved. Failure to take corrective action after a stop work order may result in no equitable adjustment to the contract price or performance schedule.
The contractor acknowledges they have satisfied themselves as to the nature of materials and methods of existing construction and obstacles likely to be encountered through inspection of the premises.
The contractor shall submit material specifications and manufacturers certificates or alternative documentation, and be required to submit the factory test report for the HVAC unit prior to installation.
The contractor shall provide prompt written notice within 20 days stating the date, circumstances, and applicable contract clause authorizing an equitable adjustment if they regard an event as a changed condition.
Failure to timely submit required security (performance and payment bonds) may result in rescinding or termination of the contract by the government.
