Snow and ice removal services The contractor shall provide snow and ice removal services from paved areas, sidewalks, landings, entrance ramps, and other specified locations. Services include snow plowing, sanding, salting, and ice removal. Specific tasks include clearing catch basins, hydrants, and dumpsters, as well as snow removal from driveways, parking areas, and sidewalks. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining sand barrels and removing excess sand.

The contractor must provide a list of employees within 15 calendar days of contract award. The contractor shall provide the contracting officer, and the regional facilities operational specialist rfos or contracting officer representative cor via email with a list of the names of employees or alternates to be employed in performance of the work 15 calendar days of contract award.
Failure to receive prior approval from the corrfos may result in nonpayment andor consideration will be requested by the government.
The contractor may conduct a site visit to verify location of catch basins.
