ATF shall reimburse at a fixed rate for completed investigations, 50% rate for terminated investigations, and fixed daily or half-day administrative rates if applicable. Travel will be reimbursed per FTR and FAR **** profit or administrative fee shall apply to travel.
The contractor shall assign personnel who meet the following minimum qualifications: a minimum of three (3) years of current experience conducting explosives relief of disabilities investigations, criminal investigations, and/or personnel investigations. Additionally, personnel must meet one of the following education/experience combinations: Option A: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or Option B: Four years of general experience and four years of specialized experience within the last five years or one year of specialized federal investigative experience.
Failure to obtain an approved extension prior to the due date may result in reduced or non-payment for the affected assignment. Repeated failure to submit ROIs by required due dates may constitute grounds for termination of the contract.
