The contract term will end on August 31, 2031, consisting of a four-year contract with a one-year extension option. and will end on august 31, 2031.

All payments will be in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act. all payments by dfps under this ifbs resulting contract will be in accordance with the texas prompt payment act texas government code chapter ****.

A site visit is required to replace water lines that are leaking at the following sites: o gunter circle o jefferson o laurel elderly

Respondents may be excluded for failure to comply with the specifications of this rfp.

The evaluation criteria include staffing and qualifications: 35 points relevant experience and past performance: 25 points understanding of the required scope of service: 30 points proposal pricing and fees: 20 points total 110 points.

If delivery is not completed by the promised time, the authority can terminate the contract and charge the contractor for losses incurred. if delivery of acceptable items or rendering of services is not completed by the time promised, the authority reserves the right, without liability, in addition to its other rights and remedies, to terminate the contract by notice effective when received by contractor, as to stated items not yet shipped or services not yet rendered and to purchase substitute items or services elsewhere and charge the contractor with any or all losses incurred.

Proposals will be evaluated based on compliance with the RFP, understanding of services, quality of staff/experience, company qualification, and cost/fee proposal. All proposals submitted will be evaluated using the following criteria:
