Transportation, labor, and parts are included. Mandatory pre-offer conference and site walk-through on June 4, 2026. Vendor must be registered in Hawaii and compliant with Hawaii Compliance Express. Performance period: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027, with potential for four 12-month extensions. Requires 5 years of experience and qualified technicians. Contractor shall submit service report with each invoice for services provided after each service is performed. all materials, transportation, fuel, labor, materials, parts, etc. for maintenance serving to be included win electronic submission.
Contractor shall reexecute any work that fails to conform to the requirements of this agreement and shall immediately remedy and defects due to faulty workmanship by the contractor. should the contractor fail to perform the required corrective work, hawaii state hospital reserves the right to have the services performed by others and to deduct the associated costs from any monies due to the contractor.
Selection and award shall be contingent on the lowest and most responsible and responsive offer.

All contractors must attend a mandatory meeting at the hawaii state hospital on june 4, 2026, at 10:00am to do a walk through to evaluate scope of work.
Noncompliance may result in a vendor not receiving an award, delay of payment, or cancellation of award. Vendor compliance proof obtained through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). The vendors name on the certificate of vendor compliance (CVC) must exactly match the vendors name under which the quote for this solicitation is submitted.
