The Navajo Police Department (NPD) is seeking proposals for the upfit of nine police vehicles. Proposals are due August 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The selection criteria include responsiveness, price, and experience. The NPD will evaluate proposals based on these criteria. The scope of work is detailed in Exhibit A. The NPD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request clarification or additional information. The contract will be in a form supplied by the NPD. The NPD may perform unannounced site visits and interviews prior to selection. The NPD requires a completed W9 form and a Navajo Nation certification regarding debarment and suspension. The purchase order terms and conditions are attached. The Navajo Nation sales tax (6. 24%) is applicable. Payment will be made after delivery and acceptance of the vehicles.
