This is a market research tool to identify potential contractors for providing supplies, services, and deliverables to support the Air Force's rapid development integration facility (RDIF). The notice requests information on technical data, expertise, capabilities, and experience. Contractors must demonstrate experience in the listed capabilities and provide documentation supporting their ability to support the RDIF. Responses must include business information, size of business, NAICS code, ownership type (domestic or foreign), subcontracting opportunities, type of supplies/services offered, and examples of contracts held for similar efforts. Responses must be direct and concise, demonstrating the ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent relevant experience in all areas should be provided. This is a sources sought notice, not a request for proposal, to determine potential firms capable of providing specific communication equipment cables and assemblies for a land-based test environment. Interested businesses are invited to submit capability statements addressing corporate description, past/current performance, technical response, and ability to obtain security clearances. Statements must not exceed 5 double-spaced, single-sided pages. The deadline for submission of capability statements is 5:00 PM EST on March 31, 2025. No telephone responses will be accepted, and no exceptions to the deadline will be granted.

Applicable documents, manufacturing and design requirements, marking, configuration control, quality assurance, responsibility for inspection, responsibility for compliance, records, packaging, and preservation requirements are detailed. Award for an item will be made only to the vendor(s) listed on OD **** substitute item is not authorized without prior testing and approval.
