The bid must be received and stamped by the purchasing office no later than 12:01 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026. The city desires the unit to be on the lot or delivered within two weeks of the bid opening.

The bid will be awarded on an all or none basis unless otherwise stated. The bid is to be awarded on a per vehicle basis.

Vendors must be able to provide a federal W9 form, proof of registration in the e-Verify program, and a certificate of authority to do business in Alabama (if applicable) within 24 hours of request. Vendors do not need a city of Mobile business license or certificate of authority from the Alabama Secretary of State to submit a bid, but may need to obtain them prior to purchase order issuance.

The city reserves the right to inspect the unit prior to bid award.

The bid submission deadline is April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

The City of Rosenberg is seeking bids from qualified vendors.

There is no possibility of inspection.

The vendor shall deliver the contract items within 180 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.

The contract award is subject to vendor compliance with all specifications herein vendor qualification verification approval by city council if required by city ordinance compliance with west virginia procurement law and city purchasing policies.
