Montgomery County is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the renovation and maintenance of the James H. Keeshan Building, second floor. The project includes electrical wiring devices, lighting systems, and associated components. Proposals are due August 19, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2026. The estimated budget for this project is $665,**** must examine contract documents thoroughly and visit the site. All proposals will be awarded to the offeror that offers the best value for the owner.

A five (5) year manufacturer's warranty is required for all luminaires and emergency LED drivers. A one (1) year factory warranty is required on the pole and a five (5) year extended warranty on pole finishes.
All proposals will be awarded to the offeror that offers the best value for the owner.
To demonstrate qualifications, each offeror must submit financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other required documentation with their proposal. Offerors may be required to show they have properly completed similar type work and that no claims are pending against such work.
It is the responsibility of each offeror to visit the site to become familiar with local conditions that may affect cost, progress, performance or furnishing of the work.
Submit nonreturnable samples of luminaires upon request. Include all components necessary for a working product.
Offerors may be disqualified for evidence of collusion, lack of appropriate qualifications and experience, previous unsatisfactory performance, or previous failure to complete projects.
