The county may also use other vendors if response time is not met, quality of work is unacceptable, estimated hours are excessive, or the number of helpers required is determined to be excessive.

A pre-proposal conference, which includes a site visit opportunity, is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 2:30 PM. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
