The HACN may make investigations to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work and reserves the right to reject any bid if the bidder is not properly qualified. Bidders shall list prior work experience and furnish references on the previous work history form.
A penalty of $1,**** per working day will be charged to the contractor for each day that work continues beyond the contract end date.
