Brookfield Zoo Chicago is seeking qualifications from experienced general contractors for the renovation of two parking lots: North (30 acres) and Discovery (4. 5 acres). The project involves milling, resurfacing, restriping, signage, site lighting, and landscape improvements. The scope of work for each lot will be contracted separately.
