Except for extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the contractor the damage shall be repaired completely within 10 days of the complaint. The contractor shall not enter or occupy private land outside of acquired rights-of-way or construction easements, except by written permission of the owner of the private property. Copies of such written permission shall be provided to the designated project manager.
The contractor guarantees the construction work for one year from the date of notice of completion and final task order signed off on, as determined by street and maintenance department director or his/her designated representative.
