The contractor will install a new 750kVA transformer at Building 100, US Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, NC. The scope includes disconnecting, removing, and disposing of the existing transformer, verifying the equipment pad, removing/installing conductors, and installing a new fusible safety switch. Work must be completed within 30 calendar days of acceptance of submittals, during normal base work hours (****, Monday-Friday). The contractor is responsible for all safety measures, including complying with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. Submittals (work schedule, conductor data, safety switch data) are required within 10 calendar days of contract award. The USCG has 7 calendar days to review submittals. The contractor must provide a projected delivery schedule during proposal and a firm delivery date within 10 days of contract award. Mobilization to the site must occur within 10 workdays of notification to proceed. The work must be completed and usable within 10 workdays of mobilization. The contractor must notify the contracting officer two working days before performance, inspection, and acceptance tests are conducted. The work site must be cleaned up at the completion of each workday. All hazardous waste must be manifested off-site. All work must be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, EPA, OSHA, and state of North Carolina laws and regulations.

Proposals are requested for 2025 sewer system coating, lining, and restoration from May 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026. Proposals must be delivered to the City of Somers Point Administration Department by 2:00 PM on May 15th, 2025. Proposals must be clearly labeled. Proposals can be submitted via email only. The project site consists of three modular trailers, one gazebo, two storage structures, and two parking areas. The work shall include demolition of three designated structures, removal of reinforced concrete curbs and sidewalks, cutting and removal of asphalt pavement, and disconnection and capping of utilities. The total square footage of the buildings to be demolished is estimated to be 6,000 sq ft, with a total of 700 sq ft of supporting structures to be removed and 24,000 sq ft of parking lot.
