The total project duration is established at one hundred forty 140 working days (seven months) to complete the entire scope of work, starting from the official notice to proceed. The evaluation of qualifications will be performed by a selection committee composed of lcra staff. The selection committee will consider, at a minimum, the following, as related to the selection of organizations qualified to perform the services requested above: a. specialized experience, qualifications and technical competence of the organization, its principals, project manager and key staff b. the strength and originality of the respondents proposal and any unusual problems anticipated c. the local capacity and capability of the organization to perform the work within the time limitations d. pricing to perform the services e. the thoroughness and practicality of the schedule or timeline f. past record and performance of the organization with respect to schedule compliance, cost control, and quality of work h. ability of the organization to meet statutory or ordinance requirements
Respondents must have at least three 3 completed projects within the past five 5 years involving environmental remediation andor demolition of commercial or industrial structures. Experience managing projects requiring coordination with environmental consultants or oversight of regulatory compliance and site clearance demonstrated experience with remediation of contaminated soils, asbestoscontaining materials, or leadbased paint in a commercial or industrial setting valid missouri contractor license for demolition and construction key personnel must hold asbestos and lead abatement certifications designated project manager with at least five 5 years of experience managing demolition andor environmental remediation projects. field supervisors and foremen with relevant demolition and abatement experience. valid missouri contractor license for demolition and construction firm must be capable of performing projects of comparable size and complexity firm must be able to provide performance and payment bonds if required firm must be financially stable to complete the project
