Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Specific payment request and receiving report procedures are detailed in the contract clauses.

A one-year warranty and support maintenance are included for both the CFID v3 covert forensic imaging device and its support.

The award will be based on the quote being determined lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA).

All equipment, cables, and hardware accessories must be delivered fully functional within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Government standard payment terms are Net 30. Invoices must be submitted electronically via the iSupplier Delphi system.

The government intends to make a single, lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) award.

Contractors must have a current active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) at the time of quote submission. Quoters must demonstrate the capability to deliver all items as a single, fully integrated system.

Failure to furnish all required information may result in your quotation being considered nonresponsive and eliminated from further consideration. Partial quotes or split-item submissions will be deemed nonresponsive.

Award evaluations will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable lpta criteria per dfars **** 2 70 a 1 i.

The supplier shall provide and maintain a quality system acceptable to the government. The quality system requirements shall be in accordance with iso ****.

Contractors are cautioned that implementing engineering changes, waivers, deviations or technical inquiries into the contract purchase order without approval of the contracting officer will be at the sole risk of the contractor.
