Seeking bids for equipment upkeep, repair, and replacement at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. Mandatory on-site visits are scheduled. Proposals are due July 28, 2026. The contract is anticipated to start September 1, 2026. The scope includes maintenance agreements, replacement parts, and consumables for Arjo equipment. Bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience. Evaluation will be based on best value, considering requirements, performance, and price.

HHS system agency will make contract payments in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, commonly known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
The maintenance agreement provides warranty coverage for defects, annual inspections, preventive maintenance services, and scheduled service visits for Arjo equipment.
Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state of Texas, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery, and price.
The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this IFB. The minimum experience required is three years. Bidders personnel must have at least two years relevant experience.
Two (2) mandatory on-site visits will be conducted at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center, 902 Airport Road, Corpus Christi, TX **** at one site visit is mandatory; failure to attend in person will result in disqualification.
Questions or clarifications submission deadline is July 17, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
