Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 07 May 2025, 05:00 PM local time. Delivery is FOB destination. Delivery schedule is 60 calendar days from the date of award. Deliveries to the receiving officer, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA shall be made Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, local time. No deliveries will be made on government holidays. If the contractor anticipates difficulty in complying with the contract delivery schedule, they must immediately notify the contracting officer and the cognizant contract administration services office, if assigned. Final invoicing instructions are provided, including marking the last invoice in the Wawf system as final. Additional clauses and regulations are incorporated by reference. The government shall have data rights to all data generated under this contract or order in accordance with DFARS 252. 2277015. The contractor shall extend to the government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The standard commercial warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance of the applicable material and/or services listed in the schedule. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty if applicable with its offer. The warranty covers a period of months. Offeror is to insert number. The contractor shall comply with the following federal acquisition regulation FAR clauses, which are incorporated in this contract by reference, to implement provisions of law or executive orders applicable to acquisitions of commercial products and commercial services. The comptroller general of the United States, or an authorized representative of the comptroller general, shall have access to and right to examine any of the contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract. The contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified in FAR subpart 4. 7, contractor records retention, of the other clauses of this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.
