The US Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to Dragoon ITCN for upgrading countermeasure sequential timing and amplitude testers (cstat). The government will provide the necessary equipment (listed in the notice) to the vendor for upgrades, which will be returned to the government upon completion. The vendor will provide 118 interface cables. Responses to this notice of intent, which is not a request for proposals, must be submitted by 12:00 PM CDT on July 1, 2025.
