The Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) is seeking information for Basic Information Awareness Operations (BIAO), a rapid prototyping effort. This RFI aims to identify sources for technology components (detection, generation, modeling/simulation, deployment/measurement) and system integrators for the Layered Information Nexus (LIN).
