Additional documents (e. g. , corporate resolution, certification of sole proprietorship) and affidavits (non-conviction, non-collusion, campaign contribution, debt disclosures, and everify) are required. Preference is given to Louisiana-produced materials. Bidders must submit all questions in writing via email no later than five (5) working days prior to the bid opening.
