This is a presolicitation notice for the reconstruction of a portion of the Greendale public water system. This is a non-personnel services contract for the deep cleaning of kitchens and food prep areas at Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. The contract period is for one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years (February 2025 - January 2030). The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other necessary items to perform repair and services. Contractor personnel must identify themselves as such to avoid creating an impression that they are government officials. The contractor must notify the contracting officer immediately if any organizational conflict of interest (OCI) arises.
