Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The project consists of the repair and replacement of various deteriorated concrete elements including concrete retaining walls, slabs- on- grade, and elevated slabs. The top of a portion of the existing concrete retaining wall is to be removed to allow new slab- on- grade to extend over the wall, allowing for expanded views from the bar area. Sidewalks /ramps are to be modified on the north side of the building to address varying finish floor elevations. The project also includes removal and replacement of three sets of stairs. Two sets of existing wooden stairs at the far north and south ends of the building will be removed and replaced with new steel stringers with precast concrete treads. An existing timber- framed stair on the west side of the building will be removed and replaced with a similar timber- framed stair.
