The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Air Quality Innovative Solutions LLC for the refurbishment and maintenance of 21 HVAC air handler units at the Captain James Lovell FHCC in North Chicago, IL.
