This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for commercial items for Baptist Camp Bridge Maintenance. The project involves repairing the wearing surface, applying wood preservative, improving drainage, replacing timber posts, repairing asphalt, and replacing object markers on the Baptist Camp Bridge located in the Tonto National Forest. This acquisition is set aside for SBA certified women-owned small businesses (WOSB). Offers are due by April 20, 2026. A site visit is scheduled for March 23, 2026. Questions are due by March 30, 2026. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the government, based on technical approach, past performance, and price. The contractor shall begin performance within 0 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed.
The contractor may request progress payments monthly as the work proceeds, or at more frequent intervals as determined by the contracting officer, on estimates of work accomplished that meets the standards of quality established under the contract, as approved by the contracting officer.
The contractor shall furnish any required performance and payment bonds.
Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the government, based on technical approach, past performance, and price. Award will not necessarily be made to the lowest priced offeror.
This acquisition is set aside for SBA certified women-owned small businesses (WOSB). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
