Repair and replacement of the roof on Building 201 Repair and replacement of the roof on Building 201, including limited design services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals. This includes demolition of the existing roof system, flashings, insulation, and blocking, as well as installation of a new EPDM roof membrane system with insulation, cover board, prefabricated curbs, walk pads, wood nailers, and secondary drainage. Metal work for counter flashing, expansion joints, cap metal, gutters, downspouts, and through- wall scuppers is also included. Mechanical and plumbing demolition and construction related to HVAC equipment and roof drains are part of the scope. Electrical work involves disconnecting and reconnecting HVAC equipment power and controls, and replacing damaged conduit and conductors.
