Successful contractor must be properly licensed and have at least five years of documented experience. Award will be to one vendor. Includes delivery, installation, and removal of old lines. Questions must be received by a specified date. Background checks required for employees working on district property.

Project must be invoiced within 30 days after completion.
The vendor shall supply a guarantee for all workmanship for the equipment heshe is furnishing for a period comparable to the standards in the industry.
Award may not be based solely on price. Final award will be made to the offeror who is found to be responsive and responsible and provides the best solution to meet the needs of the district.
The successful contractor shall be properly licensed and must have at least five 5 years of documented experience.
Should the contractor fail to complete the contract within the established time limit, or at the later date as authorized in writing by the director of procurement, heshe shall pay liquidated damages in the sum of one hundred dollars **** per day minimum.

Responders may be requested to submit samples of all manufactured articles required.
Any actual bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the intended award or award of a contract shall notify the district in writing within seven 7 business days of the award notice date.
Bidders who fail to meet the requirement of submitting a minimum of three 3 current references may be disqualified.
