All work must be completed by August 31, 2026.

The contractor shall provide samples of laminate for countertops, cabinets, cabinet hardware, sink, and touchless paper towel dispenser for agency approval. Three paint samples for walls and door trim are also required.

Failure to attend the mandatory site visit, not being listed on the attendance log, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in the response, or failing to comply with communication restrictions may result in disqualification.

The anticipated period of performance or delivery date is 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued, as stated in the bid notice.
