The existing elevator will be upgraded to meet current accessibility and safety standards, and door hardware will be replaced to enhance security and compliance with accessibility requirements. The project includes new flooring throughout the facility, with LVT and carpet tile in common areas, carpet tile in offices, LVT in clinical spaces, and ceramic tile in restrooms for durability and ease of maintenance.
