The work shall begin upon receipt of the purchase order and be completed within thirty 30 days.

The municipality will pay the bidder or contractor the amount of his bid upon the full and faithful performance of the contract, acceptance of materials and/or work by authorized municipal agent, and upon receipt of the vendor invoices from the receiving department.

The vendor must provide a minimum one 1 year warranty, unless otherwise noted in this rfb, on labor and installation.

Bidders must include a detailed description of products and brands offered if other than specified, manufacturers product data sheets for bedliner and back rack if applicable, warranty period and supporting documentation, and lead times and estimated turnaround for each van.

The said contractor shall be and is hereby authorized to deduct and retain out of the monies which may be due, or may become due him under this agreement, the sum of dollars per day as liquidated damages for each and every day the aforesaid work may be uncompleted or the aforesaid materials or supplies shall not be furnished, over and beyond the time hereinstipulated for its completion.

Samples are required to be furnished by the bidder at the request of the purchasing director.

Interpretations and questions relating to bid requirements, specifications, drawings, etc. must be submitted in writing to the contact person identified in special conditions not later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid opening.

Failure to fill in and sign the disclosure statement and bid signature pages may result in disqualification of your bid.

Prospective contractors must maintain an active registration in SAM under NAICS code ****.

The contractor shall provide the cor with a jblm afsitespecific sap no later than 30 calendar days after the contract start date.
