Contractor must provide signed and sealed shop drawings and foundation design for archway, color samples for archway, geotech testing, welding and torque inspections. Archway shall include lettering that spells césar e. chávez parkway across the top as per the dimentions shown on the engineering sheets. Traffic control is needed to limit access to archway while under constuction. Complete installation to be done in accordance with the latest international building code requirements, and minimum one 1 year workmanship warranty. 1. 2 Furnish all labor, equipment, and material to install one 1 commemorative standalone plaque at designated site location.
