Sealed proposals are invited for ASR Phase IV: Well 17 Dual Pump & Piping. The project involves removing the existing vertical turbine pump and discharge piping and replacing them with a dual pump installation and new piping. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. A bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must furnish a 1-year maintenance bond within 10 days of award. Time is of the essence. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. Electronic bids are not accepted; proposals must be hand-delivered or sent via carrier.
