The contractor shall deliver all ordered items no later than 90 days after receipt of purchase order/contract.

Payment will be made by the American Embassy Kingston. Invoices are to be submitted electronically to kingstoninvoices@state. gov.

A one-year full warranty on parts and labor is required for the washer-extractor and dryer. A one-year factory warranty on parts and services is required for the press legger and press top. A full maintenance service agreement for 3 years onsite is also included.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.

Offerors must provide proof of SAM registration, evidence of necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources, and a strategic plan for supply and installation.

The period of performance is 5 days from award, with services to be provided bimonthly for the University Drive campus and quarterly for the Heinz Campus. The base period of performance is from 07/07/2026 to 07/06/2027.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly, in arrears, after government acceptance of work. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The award will be made to the responsible quoter whose lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote, conforming to the solicitation.

Contractor must confirm understanding of VA requirements for transport and disposal in accordance with regulations, acknowledge service report and disposal manifest requirements, and ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA standards and applicable codes and environmental regulations. Personnel must be trained and certified in handling and transporting grease waste.

The contractor agrees to comply with 31 **** relating to limitations on the use of appropriated funds to influence certain federal contracts, 40 U. S. C. chapter 37, contract work hours and safety standards, 41 U. S. C. chapter 87, kickbacks, 49 ****, government-financed air transportation and 41 U. S. C. chapter 21 relating to procurement integrity.
