DRCOG seeks proposals for a neighborhood transportation plan for Sherrelwood, Adams County. The plan will focus on multimodal access and safety. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p. m. mountain time on August 25, 2026.
Allowable costs will be administered in accordance with 2 C. F. R. Part 200 and the principles outlined in Exhibit A. Billings shall include appropriate documentation, such as detailed listing of charges, billable hours, and hourly rates.
Evaluations of proposals will be based on experience and capability, management qualifications, cost information, references, contract and insurance compliance, Colorado law for persons with disability compliance, project understanding and approach, and other factors determined by DRCOG.
Respondents must be qualified and experienced in developing multimodal transportation plans, specifically plans focused on improving multimodal access and safety. They must also demonstrate expertise in community transportation planning, vision zero and safety planning, multimodal planning, complete streets, and effective public engagement approaches.
Omissions in required proposal elements, failure to comply with federal and state requirements, and comingling of confidential and other information may result in disqualification.
The budget for this contract is $400,000.
