This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Bioprofile Flex2 parts and components, brand name or equal. The FDA requires operational parts and consumables for three Nova Bioprofile Flex 2 instruments. The contract type will be Firm Fixed-Price (FFP). Quotes are due by June 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Offerors must be the manufacturer or an authorized reseller. All items must be new, unused, and free from defects, with at least **** of their shelf life remaining upon delivery. Deliveries are phased over approximately 300 days. The award will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

If the contractor fails to deliver all requested supplies within its designated delivery phase, the contractor shall pay, as fixed and agreed liquidated damages, a reasonable sum identified by the government for each calendar day of delay until delivery is complete.
Quotes that do not meet all salient characteristics will be determined technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award. Submissions with macros or executable file types may be considered nonresponsive.
