This is a firm fixed price order for Dell laptops/mobile workstations. The procurement is a total small business set aside for authorized distributors or resellers. Quotes must be emailed to the specified address by 11:00 AM Central Time on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. The government will not accept late quotes. The award will be based on the best value to the government considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance. The product description and quantity are attached. Delivery must be completed within 30 days of order receipt.

The contract requires the repair of a circuit card assembly (NSN: 7RH **** ****, P/N: 8 **** 02). The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 120 days after receipt of the asset. The contractor is responsible for all parts and materials unless otherwise specified as government-furnished material. The contractor must comply with ISO ****, SAE ****, ANSI/NCSL Z540, and other relevant standards. The contractor must maintain a calibration system that meets the requirements of ANSI/NCSL ****, ISO ****, or an equivalent calibration program acceptable to the government. The contractor must provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for both material items awaiting repair and assets which have been repaired and are awaiting shipment. The government may select samples for performance testing, environmental testing, and quality conformance examination. The contractor must maintain a historical record file for individual items. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements. The use of **** wire is prohibited; SAE **** series wire must be used instead.

The Air Mobility Command requires 160 4U rack-mounted computers (PC1) and 19 4U rack-mounted computers (PC2), along with peripherals and headsets. The computers must be mountable in a standard 19-inch rack width, have removable main drives for storage in a GSA-approved safe, a 3-year warranty, and be available for warranty replacement/repair with shipment within 72 hours. No wireless data transmission is allowed. The computers must support specific configurations (e. g. , Intel 12th, 13th, and 14th gen processors, specific RAM, storage, GPU). 19 kits of peripherals are also required, along with 65 Varjo XR4 secure edition headsets with autofocus and base station tracking, Ultraleap hand tracking kits, one year of solutions engineering support, and three days of installation and training support on-site. All items must be shipped to AFLCMCWNS at Hill AFB, Utah.

The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 26 days after receipt of the asset. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. The contractor must accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt. The action date entered in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system must reflect the actual date of physical receipt. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the government for all assets within the RTATs established in the subsequent contract. A reconciliation modification will be issued after final inspection and acceptance of all assets inducted under the subsequent contract. The parties have agreed to a price shown on the schedule page for each unit at the negotiated RTAT. These prices are based on the contractor meeting the RTAT requirements described within the schedule page. If the contractor does not meet the applicable RTAT requirement, consideration will be assessed and subject to negotiation.
