Upon completion, the contractor must ensure the site is left clean and orderly. Measurement and evaluation criteria are provided for flooring and baseboard cladding. Product specifications include details on acoustic insulation, materials, and finishes. The varnish must be a 2-component waterborne topcoat for high traffic areas with fast hardness development.
