The government intends to award a sole-source contract to Richards Manufacturing Company for the repair of SDCA circuit card assemblies. The justification for a single source is based on the specialized test equipment required for the repair, which is currently in use on an active contract and cannot be replicated without significant cost and delay. Interested sources must submit a capability statement within 15 days of the publication date. The notice also specifies that the part is deemed available only from the original source for continued production and repair, utilizing highly specialized equipment. The government will award the contract without delay to ensure immediate mission capability and maintain product integrity.

Protection and restoration of existing structures and utilities are the contractor's responsibility. Cutting and patching of existing work must be coordinated with other contractors and the owner.

Sealed bids are being accepted for the Baxter Family Housing Phase I Vertical Construction project. Bid packets are available on the Cook Inlet Housing Authority website (www. ***. *. *) as of April 1, 2025. The last day for questions is April 17, 2025. Bid due date is May 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the CIHA main office. The public bid opening will be held via teleconference on May 1, 2025, at 2:15 PM. Preference will be given to minority and women-owned and Section 3 businesses. Minority and women-owned and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
