The City of Huntsville seeks annual city-wide printing services via an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Services include commercial printing, binding, design, and finishing. Submissions must be in a sealed envelope marked bid **** and received by 2:00 p. m. on September 17, 2026. Evaluation is based on best value, considering durability, performance, availability, and delivery. No prequalification is required, but respondents must meet certain financial and technical criteria. Payment terms are Net 30 days after correct invoice receipt.
All delivery and freight charges fob city of huntsville designated location are to be included in the solicitation price.
All payments will be made by check net 30 days from when the correct invoices are received by the city, in accordance with the state of texas prompt payment act, article 601lf v. t. c. s.
The vendor shall warrant that all items services shall conform to the proposed specifications and or all warranties as stated in the uniform commercial code and be free from all defects in material, workmanship and title.
Rather than focusing solely on the lowest price, the evaluation considers factors like product durability, vendor performance, availability, and delivery, ensuring longterm efficiency, reduced downtime, and overall value for the organization.
No prequalification of respondents is required.
If the vendor fails to fulfill its obligations under this contract or violates any term or condition herein, the city may terminate the contract for cause upon five 5 calendar days written notice.
When requested, samples shall be furnished free of charge to the city.
All questions or requests for interpretation concerning this solicitation received after september8, 2026 @10: 00 a. m will be considered void and unacceptable.
Any negative responses received [from references] may result in the disqualification of the response.
