Teaming and or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. Contract vehicles: List any existing government wide acquisition contracts GWACs, GSA Federal Supply Schedules FSS, or other contract vehicles your company is on that would be appropriate for this type of service.
