All goods and services covered by this contract shall conform to the specifications, drawings, samples or other descriptions furnished by the city and shall be merchantable, fit for the purpose intended, of best quality and workmanship and free from all defects.

Offerors shall notify the contact person in writing of any omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, or errors prior to the offer due date and time.
