The vendor, WW Manufacturing Co Inc, was identified through prior purchases by the Texas Cattle Fever Tick Program. The estimated contract value is less than the simplified acquisition threshold. The contracting officer performed price analysis to verify the pricing is fair and reasonable. The period of performance is anticipated to be from 06/03/2025 to 06/02/2026.
